SWEET POTATO CAKE WITH %80 CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

You will need:

  • Maple syrup 3 tbsp
  • Coconut oil 3 tbsp
  • Almond milk 1 splash
  • Eggs 3
  • Steamed sweet potato 300 gr
  • Oatmeal 3(4tz
  • SYSTEM LS Whey Protein Concentrate vanilla 2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate 80% inpieces 1 handul
  • Mascabo sugar 3 tablespoons

Recipe:

  1. Peel the sweet potato and steam or bake.
  2. Process the sweet potato with the other wet ingredients: maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and the eggs.
  3. Stop, add oatmeal, protein, grated coconut, baking powder, cinnamon and process again for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cake pan 20 cm approx, previously greased. Put pieces of chocolate inside and a rain of muscovado sugar on top to caramelize.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut into portions and enjoy!
