Chicken Fit Nuggets made with 
Nourish Shake Protein

what you´ll need:

  • Chicken breasts 2

  • Low-fat cream cheese 2 tbsp

  • Mustard 1 tbsp

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • Corn starch (cornstarch) 1/4 cup

  • Sea salt 1 tbsp

  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Tarnished:

  • Eggs 2

  • Crushed chili 1 tsp

  • Mustard 1 tbsp

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup shredded puffed rice cereal

  • 1/4 cup white sesame seeds



  • 1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and put them in the food processor.

  • 2. Add the cream cheese, mustard, oatmeal, cornstarch and season with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Process very well until it forms a slightly sticky dough. Reserve half an hour in the refrigerator.

  • 3. On the other hand, beat the eggs with mustard and chili in a deep plate. And in another deep dish mix the flour, with the sesame seeds and the previously processed puffed rice cereal so that it looks great in the breading.

  • 4. To form the nuggets, we take part of the dough and shape it with our hands.

  • 5. Pass the nuggets through the beaten egg and when it is well impregnated we pass it through the breading plate.

  • 6. Put them in a baking dish previously greased with a little olive oil and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 min, or until you see them golden brown.

  • 7. Accompany with the sauce that you like the most and enjoy!
