Hummus with healthy crackers made with 
Nourish Shake Protein

what you´ll need:

  • For the hummus:

  • Cooked chickpeas 1 cup

  • Boiled beetroot 1

  • Sea salt 1 tbsp

  • Pepper to taste

  • SYSTEM LS 1 cup of protein 

  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 splash

  • Peanut butter 1 tbsp

  • Garlic 1 clove

  • 1/2 lemon juice 

  • Sesame seeds to taste

  • For the crackers:

  • Chickpea flour 1/2 cups

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal 

  • 1 tbsp bakind powder 

  • 2 tbsp ground chia 

  • Sea salt 1 tbsp 

  • Provencal 1 tbsp 

  • Mix of seeds 2 tbsp

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Water 6 or 8 tbsp

recipe:

  • 1. Cook the beets in boiling water until soft. Take it out, let it cool a little and peel it.

  • 2. Put the cooked chickpeas, beets and the other ingredients for the hummus in the processor. Process at maximum power until very creamy. Serve in a bowl and add sesame seeds on top.

  • 3. To make the crackers, put the flours with the baking powder in a bowl. Add the ground chia seeds, the mix of seeds and the seasonings. Integrate everything and then add the oil and water.

  • 4. Mix and form a dough. Put the dough on the counter and stretch it well until it forms a rectangle. Take the dough to a baking sheet with parchment paper and top it with grains of sea salt (optional).

  • 5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 or 12 minutes. Let cool and serve as a spread with the beetroot hummus. To enjoy!
