OATMEAL AND CHIA BREAKFAST


Oatmeal and Chia Breakfast made with 
Nourish Shake Protein

what you´ll need:

  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal

  • Chia seeds 2 tbsp

  • SYSTEM LS shake vanilla 3 tbsp

  • Vegetable milk 1/4 cup

  • Sweetener to taste (or honey) 1 tbsp

  • Topping:

  • Blueberries

  • Banana

  • Coconut flakes

recipe:

  • 1. Put the oats with the chia seeds in a glass or jar and add the milk. Mix very well and leave in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to activate the oats and chia.

  • 2. Add the protein, any sweetener you use and mix.

  • 3. Add banana slices, blueberries and coconut flakes on top. To enjoy!
