PROTEIN BANANA SNACKS
Protein banana snacks made with 
Nourish Shake Protein

what you´ll need:

  • Banana 1/2

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp

  • 4 tbsp oatmeal

  • SYSTEM LS shake vanilla 2 tbsp

  • Egg 1

  • Stevia 2 tbsp

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Stuffed:

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • SYSTEM LS shake vanilla 2 tbsp

  • Bitter cocoa powder 1 tsp

  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp

recipe:

  • 1. Press the banana into a bowl until it is pureed.

  • 2. Add the cream cheese, egg, stevia and vanilla and integrate everything very well.

  • 3. Then add the baking powder, oatmeal and the 2 tbsp of vanilla protein. To integrate.

  • 4. Put a tbsp of the preparation in muffin molds and send to the preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 or 15 minutes to make the layers of our snacks. Unmold and let cool.

  • 5. For the filling you have to mix all the ingredients and spread the layers with it. We closed with another layer of alfajor and we take it to the refrigerator for a while. To enjoy!
