Protein vanilla waffles made with 
Nourish Shake Protein

what you´ll need:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • SYSTEM LS shake vanilla 1 scoop

  • Oatmeal 4 tbsp

  • Almond milk 1/4 cup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Sweetener to taste

  • Topping:

  • 70% chocolate melted with 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Blueberries



  • 1. Put all the ingredients of the waffles in a bowl and beat vigorously until everything is well integrated.

  • 2. Let the preparation rest for 5 minutes.

  • 3. Cook the mixture in a waffle maker (if you don't have a waffle maker you can make it like pancakes in a pan).

  • 4. Serve the waffles on a plate and melt the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute, mix well and pour the chocolate sauce over the waffles. Add blueberries to the top and enjoy!
