CARROT SQUARES FIT

You will need:

- Oatmeal 1 tz

- SYSTEM LS Whey Protein Concentrate vanilla 4 scoops
- Cornstarch 2 scoops
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Almond milk 1 and 3/4 tz
- Egg whites 4
- Honey 1/3 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Grated carrot 1 tz
- Chopped walnuts (optional) 1/2 tz

For topping:

- Melted white chocolate (unsweetened) 1/3 tz
- Light cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Coconut oil 1 tsp
- Walnuts 9


Recipe:

1. Whisk in a bowl, the egg whites, milk, honey and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix all the other dry ingredients (except the grated carrot and walnuts).
2. Integrate the dry ingredients to the previous bowl and finally add the grated carrot and chopped walnuts. Mix very well.
3. Pour the mixture into a square baking pan previously lined with greaseproof paper.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool.
5. For the topping, melt the white chocolate with a little coconut oil, then add the cream cheese and mix well. Cover the entire surface of the carrot cake and distribute the nuts on top.
6. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, cut into 9 square portions and enjoy!
