OVERNIGHT OATS CHOCOLATE CRUNCH

You will need:

- Oatmeal 4 tbsp
- Chia seeds 2 tbsp
- Almond milk 1/4 cup
- SYSTEM LS Whey Protein Concentrate vanilla 1 scoop
- Stevia 1 tsp
- Peanut butter 1 tbsp
- Puffed rice cereal 1/4 cup
- Sugar free chocolate to melt 1/4 tz


Recipe:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or individual bowl (except the cereals and the chocolate).

2. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. On top, put the puffed cereal and cover with melted chocolate (bain-marie or microwave).
4. Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
