SQUARE SPONGE CAKE WITH ORANGE FROSTING

You will need:

  • Sweet potato 1
  • Eggs 3
  • Oatmeal 3/4 cup
  • SYSTEM LS Nourish Shake vanilla flavor 1/3 cup
  • 1/2 orange zest
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sweetener 5 tbsp

 

Fit icing:

  • Plain yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sweetener 1 tsp
  • Orange juice 1 dash

Recipe:
  1. Steam the sweet potato and let cool.
  2. Put the sweet potato in the processor along with all the other ingredients and process very well for a few minutes. You can do it by hand by integrating everything in an energetic way.
  3. Pour the preparation into a previously greased pudding mold (or a square one) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 or 25 minutes.
  4. Unmold, cut into squares and make the glaze by mixing the yogurt, sweetener and a splash of orange juice in a cup.
  5. Spoon the glaze over the top of the square biscuits and add some dark chocolate chips. To enjoy!
