SWEET POTATO CAKE WITH %80 CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

You will need:
- Maple syrup 3 tbsp
- Coconut oil 3 tbsp
- Almond milk 1 splash
- Eggs 3
- Steamed sweet potato 300 gr
- Oatmeal 3(4tz
- SYSTEM LS Whey Protein Concentrate vanilla 2 tablespoons
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate 80% inpieces 1 handul
- Mascabo sugar 3 tablespoons

Recipe:
- Peel the sweet potato and steam or bake.
- Process the sweet potato with the other wet ingredients: maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and the eggs.
- Stop, add oatmeal, protein, grated coconut, baking powder, cinnamon and process again for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan 20 cm approx, previously greased. Put pieces of chocolate inside and a rain of muscovado sugar on top to caramelize.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut into portions and enjoy!
