VEGAN OAT COOKIES
You will need:
- Mascabo sugar 3 tbsp
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Liquid sweetener 2 tbsp
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup almond milk
- Oats 1 cup
- SYSTEM LS Whey Protein Concentrate vanilla 1 scoop
Recipe:
1. Put the mascabo sugar, melted coconut oil, liquid sweetener, vanilla in a bowl and integrate everything very well, beating with a hand mixer.
2. Then add the milk, oatmeal and protein. Integrate everything with a spatula to form a sticky dough.
3. Take a bit of the mixture and with your hands form a ball, put it in a baking dish with parchment paper. Repeat this with all the dough and then carefully flatten the balls into cookies.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
