WHY DETOX?
DETOX is a strategy that can be applied to detoxify the body against any damage or pro inflammatory process.

In holiday periods or after weekend, the question of what to do to feel better with gastrointestinal desorders and inflammation increase, since there is a tendency to excesses.

We will name 3 strategies to reduce this tendency and 3 strategies to apply the day after those excesses as a “detoxifier”.

STRATEGIES
On the one hand, we will seek to avoid the need of detoxification through:
Generating a nutritional balance before the event: eating the main meals and arriving the event without hunger. We will prevent overeating due to anxiety or hunger.

Drink a correct amount of water before and during the event, since it is a purifier and detoxifier.

Be aware of what you eat. Try to keep a track on when you are really satisfied so as not to consume much.

On the other hand, if we have exceeded ourselves, we will try to handle ourselves as follows:
  • Try to drink water during the day, the following day.
  • Do not skeep any meal, since if we skeep some we will continue to unbalance.
  • Add enough fruits and vegetables, since they are rich in water and antioxidants.
